Cut and Strip Machines
If you do not require the full assembly of a wiring harness we can supply pre- cut lengths or sub assemblies made up to your specifications. We can prepare cable from 0.25mm – 35mm, un-stripped, one end or both ends stripped, plus window stripping.
We have the ability to machine crimp a wide range of terminals used in vehicle looms.
We can design and produce pcb assemblies from simple fuse and diode boards to relay controlled circuits.
Cable
Large stock of UK manufactured cable, ranging from 0.5mm TWA (in every possible colour combination) right through to 35mm battery cables & multi-core data cables.
Terminals
JST, Molex, Tyco, pre-insulated, and heat shrink splices, all of which are machine crimped.
Housings
Most well known brands of housing including JST, Molex, Amp, Deutsch. Harness Protection – We can build harnesses using any of the following; braided sleeve, conduit, PVC, Cloth tapes, screened, or cable ties.
If you require a part that we do not stock, we can source almost any component from a large network of existing suppliers, many of which are UK based, this enables us to keep our lead time down to a minimum.
